Haltwhistle Shepherds Huts

Haltwhistle is set in the heart of over 2000 years of history and is the geographical centre of Britain.

Located beside the River South Tyne, Haltwhistle is the closest town to the centre of Hadrian’s wall heritage site and the Northumberland national park both being roughly 2 miles away.

Haltwhistle is a great base for exploring, Carlisle, Gretna and South West Scotland are within an hours drive away. Kielder water is to the north and to the east is the Northumbria coast and the City of Newcastle, to the south is the northern Pennines- an area of outstanding natural beauty.
